We accept most insurances.

Generally, insurance companies are required by law to cover ABA therapy for children with autism diagnoses, however there are some exceptions. If you are not sure if your insurance covers ABA therapy give us a call and one of our insurance experts can verify if you are covered.

We accept Medicaid plans.

1)An autism diagnosis report.

2)Your insurance may require a doctor’s recommendation for ABA therapy.

3)Your insurance information so we can verify that you are covered (most insurances are required to cover ABA therapy).

Developmental pediatricians specialize in these areas and will diagnose autism. You can also go to a psychologist. There are some regular pediatricians who will diagnose autism, but most will refer out to specialists. Your pediatrician should be able to refer you to a good developmental pediatrician or child psychologist.

As early as possible. While ABA has been proven to help children of all ages, research clearly shows for those who start with early intervention, treatments have greater and longer lasting effects. We highly recommend starting as early as possible. We see clients starting at age 2.

We try to always maintain enough staff to be able to take on new clients without making them wait; so usually we can start services as soon as your insurance company sends us their approval.

Each child is different, but this typically takes between 1 and 2 hours.

Yes, our company policy requires that someone be in the home during therapy. You do not have to be in the room watching your child, but somebody should be home (Of course you are encouraged and welcome to observe any part of the session that you would like).
