The work of an ABA therapist is extremely fulfilling.
Imagine working with a child who at first has almost no communication skills, and watching their constant progress and evolvement from your work.
Imagine watching a child who seems to have no connection to their outside world learn how to consistently make eye contact, progress to pointing for things, advance to saying words, and eventually be able to communicate fully.
They will always be available for your questions and feedback. You’ll learn how to do all of this in the course of natural activities and play as you have a great time with the children!
Our supervisors are professional and reliable, and you can rest assured that you’ll get sufficient BCBA supervision hours.
We’ll train you in on everything you need to know about being a BCBA before you even sit for your exam (different assessments, treatment plans, using the “back end” of ABA programming software, how to train in therapists, conducting parent meetings, and much more)!
We offer our supervisees paid work that qualifies for the “unrestricted hours” portion of the BACB supervision requirements, in addition to direct work with clients.
