Target ABA, LLC (doing business as On Target ABA) complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including sex characteristics, sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy or related conditions). On Target ABA does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.

Language assistance and auxiliary aids

On Target ABA provides, free of charge and in a timely manner:

  • Reasonable modifications and appropriate auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, accessible electronic formats).
  • Language assistance services, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages, to people whose primary language is not English.

How to file a grievance

If you believe that On Target ABA has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator by email at [email protected] or by phone at 888-989-5011.
