BCBA Job Duties

As a BCBA at On Target ABA, you’ll:

  • Run assessments and design play-based treatment plans tailored to each child
  • Lead and mentor your team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Work closely with the children on your caseload and partner with their parents and caregivers
  • Track each child’s progress and refine their treatment plan as they grow

 

BCBA Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • State licensure as required for practice in Ohio or Utah

FAQs About BCBA Jobs at On Target ABA

Our BCBA roles are typically full-time. If you need a different arrangement, we’re happy to hear what you’re looking for.

Yes, you will supervise RBTs. Our BCBAs lead their RBT teams and handle assessments and treatment planning. The back office covers billing, scheduling, and authorizations.

Both our Utah and Ohio BCBA roles have their own setup. Our Ohio centers offer center-based work along with in-home and school-based options. Our Murray center in Utah is center-based only.

On-Target ABA offers both center-based and community/in-home/school/daycare-based positions. Most of our BCBA roles are center-based, working on-site with the kids and the RBT team. In Ohio, some roles also include in-home, school-based, or daycare-based work.
